A few hours left of Halloween. Hope everyone is enjoying theirs. Gord and I spent our Halloween handing out candy and other goodies to local kids with Ron and Nikol here at the school.
We dressed up and had ourselves a good ole time. I was a witch, Gord a lumberjack, and Ron and Nikol as a pair of bunnies:
Instead of just handing out a handful of miscellaneous snack pack candies, Nikol and Ron set up a whole table of wonders where the trick-or-treaters get to pick “one of their choosing”.
A good time was had by all - except the sour teenage boys who walked by and out of the corner of their mouths asked for a candy bar. Nikol told them that since they weren’t dressed up, they would have to do a dance or a skit to get a candy bar. That didn’t sit well with them and they stomped off. Hehe.
