Brrrr
Its really cold here in Harveyville. Its about 60 degrees inside. I’m borrowing a pair of Nikol’s wool socks right now and, holy cow, do they make a difference! I had been wearing my normal thin cotton socks thinking my feet were cold because, duh, its cold inside. But now, with these great wool socks, I’ve realized my error. I’m going to need to get me some of these (or make some). Update: Boiler won’t be turned on til beginning of November as it must be done by a professional and they won’t do it any earlier. Boooo!
Here is a photo of me from three days ago. It was 39 outside with a windchill that made it feel like 29. (Just in case you are wondering WHY we would go outside - Gord and I went out so he could take a picture of the “shortest highway in Kansas” - 0.3 miles long)

Speaking of awesome makeup sites, my MIL Jan turned me on to a new site this weekend - e.l.f. cosmetics. Everything for a dollar (including makeup brushes!). Can’t beat that!
